Sony Pictures kicked off the Opening Night of CinemaCon 2025 with exclusive highlights of the upcoming Beatles films, a project set to tell the story of the greatest band in history, conceived and directed by Sam Mendes.

Tom Rothman, CEO Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Sir Sam Mendes introduced the four actors who are set to play the fab four...  Playing John Lennon will be Harris Dickinson. Playing Paul McCartney will be Paul Mescal. Playing Ringo Starr will be Barry Keoghan, and playing George Harrison will be Joseph Quinn.

Mendes also revealed the release date for this unique project. In an unprecedented move, all four films will be released in April 2028 creating the first bingeable theatrical experience. 

The film's producers Dame Pippa Harris and Julie Pastor also joined the Beatles line-up at the annual convention held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas announcing this thrilling Four-Film Cinematic Event.
