Call the Midwife is nominated in three categories for this year's TV Choice Awards.

Call the Midwife for Best Family Drama, Jenny Agutter for Best Actress and Daniel Laurie for Best Actor. This is Daniel's first nomination for his groundbreaking role as Reggie. Call the Midwife writer and Executive Producer Heidi Thomas says: “The whole Call The Midwife family is thrilled that Daniel Laurie has received this nomination. He is a highly skilled and very talented actor, whose portrayal of Reggie is full of detail, sensitivity and fun. Danny has been a key member of our cast for many years now, and I simply cannot imagine what we would do without him."

All votes must be in by midnight on Friday, 19 August and results will be announced at the London Hilton on Park Lane on Monday 14 November.
