Caroline Reynolds

Head of Operations

After joining as Neal Street's General Administrative Assistant in 2007, Caroline has since worked within Neal Street in a variety of roles and is currently Head of Operations for the company.

Caroline manages operations in the office, oversees our projects from early stages to delivery, through to the promotions and publicity, as well as providing production support and social media across all of Neal Street's slate including Call the Midwife, 1917 and The Lehman Trilogy.
